How long do the excursions last and when should I book?
We offer both half-day and full-day trips. To secure your spot, especially in high season, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Most of our excursions include hotel pickup or pickup from a nearby meeting point. Details can be found on each excursion page.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Don’t worry – if the weather conditions are unfavorable, we offer alternative dates or routes. If you can’t join at another time, you’ll get a full refund.
Do I need any special equipment or clothing?
All requirements and recommendations (such as comfortable shoes or trekking gear for Teide) are listed on each excursion description.
What is the best time of year to visit Tenerife?
Tenerife is the “Island of Eternal Spring” – great all year round. However, October to April usually offers the most pleasant conditions for excursions.
What is included in the price?
Most excursions include transport, guide services, entrance tickets, and in some cases extra activities (like snorkeling or meals). See the details on each offer.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are possible. The rules depend on the excursion, but in most cases free cancellation is available up to 24–48 hours before the tour.

Great experience with Magma Excursions. Brian was a great guy & went out his way to help us sort a rental car that basically saved our whole trip after our initial rental company cancelled on us. Highly recommend!
